15. SW10 to MCX4. Use tutorial on Airplane page. In this tutorial you open your SW10 fuselage file in Mastercam X4. In Mastercam X4 you rotate solid fuselage into the correct Mastercam XY planes to cut on mill, create a wireframe centered around the solid for Blend Toolpath and loft flat cut surface. Also, your create new WCS view for bottom cut toolplane. Units all inches.
16. Fuselage toolpaths. Create Toolpaths to cut fuselage from Dow’s Scoreboard EPS Polystyrene: 1) Top cut using Finish Blend. 2) Copy Top Cut Toolpath and Paste to create Bottom Cut Toolpath. Uses CO2 fixture to hold foam in mill. Units all inches.
